We begin by acknowledging your grief exactly as it is, without rushing, fixing, or minimizing it. This creates the safety your heart needs to soften and open. You get to arrive as you are, and grow from there.

The animals join us as intuitive co-guides. Through their presence, attunement, and quiet wisdom, they help reveal what your grief is asking for and what your soul is learning through this experience. You are supported by more than just words — you are supported by relationship.

Using intuitive guidance, energetic healing, and compassionate space-holding, we gently explore what is rising to the surface. This may include emotions, insights, memories, or places within you that are ready to be seen and understood. Nothing is forced; everything unfolds at your pace.
