These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.annamarieellison.com (the “Site”) and any related products, programs, digital downloads, classes, memberships, events, mentions, or services offered by Anna Marie Ellison (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) SERVICES, PURCHASES & REFUNDS

We provide educational and informational content and services including (for example) coaching, equine experiential sessions, intuitive guidance, animal communication, energy work, courses, memberships, digital products, and events (“Services”). Any purchase may be subject to additional terms (including refund policies) shown at checkout or on the faq page. In the event of a conflict, the specific product/service policy controls.

2) PRIVACY, COOKIES & ADVERTISING (FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM)

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you submit comments, testimonials, images, or other materials to us (including via email, social media, or the Site), you grant us permission to use, display, reproduce, and publish them for business purposes (including marketing), unless you request in writing that we do not.

Do not submit confidential information.

6) RECORDINGS

Coaching calls, group sessions, private sessions, classes, webinars, and similar Services may be recorded for training, quality, and/or program delivery. By participating, you consent to recording unless otherwise stated. If you have a concern, email anna@annamarieellison.com before the session.

7) DISCLAIMER: EDUCATIONAL / INTUITIVE SERVICES

All content and Services provided on the Site are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. Intuitive guidance, energy work, animal communication, Healed by a Horse® events and activities, and similar Services are not medical, veterinary, psychological, legal, or financial services.

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. We make no guarantees about outcomes.

8) MEDICAL & VETERINARY DISCLAIMER

Nothing on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition for humans or animals. Always consult a qualified veterinarian, physician, therapist, or other licensed professional regarding health, behavior, or medical concerns. Do not delay seeking professional help because of something you read or experience through our Services.

9) EARNINGS / RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your background, effort, experience, and external conditions.

10) EQUINE ACTIVITIES: ASSUMPTION OF RISK

If you participate in any in-person equine experiences, you understand that working around horses and farm environments involves inherent risks (including serious injury or death). You agree to follow all safety instructions and acknowledge that you voluntarily assume these risks.

(Additional waivers may be required for in-person participation and will be provided separately.)
